| Dr. Matt Barnes is a caring, fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon in Melbourne dedicated to helping patients overcome Hip & Knee conditions so they can regain mobility and return to the activities they love. After completing his medical degree at University of Melbourne, Mr Barnes went on to complete his Orthopaedic Training program with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Melbourne. He is a registered fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association. Mr Barnes is based in Melbourne where he has run his own private practice since 2014. He operates at three of Melbournes leading private hospitals - Epworth Hospital (Richmond), Warringal Private Hospital (Heidelberg) & St Vincents (Kew).
